Stability analysis and experimental research on ultrasonic cutting of wave-absorbing honeycomb material with disc cutter

چکیده

To address the problem of poor stability ultrasonic machining wave-absorbing honeycomb material, this study takes cutting material with a disc cutter as research object and establishes multi-degree-of-freedom mathematical model system based on relative positions tool, motion characteristics tool. On basis, modal analysis cell wall plate is carried out to draw Lobe diagram stability, process experimental parameters are determined accord solved diagram, verification experiments out. The results show that in stable zone result neat clean surface, less fibre pullout, complete outer substrate, tool wear than those critical unstable zones, thus verifying correctness theoretical diagram.
